Jim Finch

Jim grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Management. He began drawing and painting at an early age and studied art throughout his school years. Jim is a self-taught artist and has focused on watermedia. He is inspired by nature and most of his work reflects landscapes he has seen and touched. He has studied with artists Robert Mills, Irving Shapiro, Stephen Quiller and others.

An award winning artist, Jim is a member of the South Carolina Watercolor Society, an associate member of the Southern Watercolor Society, Past President of the Trenholm Artists Guild and Past President of the South Carolina Watercolor Society.
