"I am so very thankful that I was given the gift and desire to paint. It has been a savior to me having lost two husbands and a son to cancer. I am blessed to be an active participant in a wonderful art community. I travel off to many places when I am painting. while I paint, I am actually in that time and place. Whether it is a colorful street in a quaint little European village, a brightly lit corner of Broadway in New York City, or the snow covered Swiss Alps, I always place myself there, on the scene and in the moment."
