Guest Presenter - Jackie Wukela
Jackie Wukela shared colored pencil techniques via a slide demonstration. A continuous slide show of her work was shown while we enjoyed the evening's refreshments. Jackie has a degree in education and has studied art at the University of SC. She has been doing commissioned work for more than 25 years. She began her art career working in acrylics but she has also studied and worked in watercolor, pencil, pastels and oils. Jackie is a member of The Portrait Society of America, a Member of Excellence of the South Carolina Watercolor Society, and a Signature member of the Colored Pencil Society of America. She lives and works in Florence, S.C. She and her business partner, Lynda English, formed the Lynda English Studio and Gallery. For more information visit: www.lyndaengishstudio.net .
