Deadline for entry: November 1
Send an image to mshelburg@aol.com: The image you submit is a sample of your work, not necessarily the piece you plan to enter but you MUST submit a sample to qualify as an accepted artist. If entry numbers are not sufficient to fill the space, we will issue notification for second pieces.
Official notification of show acceptance: November 15.
December 1. Information about each entry for the show must be sent to mshelburg@aol.com and include for each piece: title, medium, artist’s name, phone number, and price. This information will be used to create wall display cards.
Take-in Tuesday, December 9, 11 AM – 1 PM
Entry fee $30, to be paid in cash or check at take-in; $10 for second piece if allowed.

The current exhibit will be taken down on the same day as take-in for the spring show. Those who have work in the exhibit may pick it up on Monday, March 31, or Tuesday, April 1, 10 AM -6 PM.
